Mbokodo National Screening Tour

The Mbokodo National Screening Tour took the film into high schools across South Africa, with screenings in the Western Cape, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and Mpumalanga. Mbokodo follows a young girl as she tells the story of how she was sexually violated, and each screening used her story as a starting point for honest, age-appropriate conversation. The tour set out to raise awareness about grooming in children and to give learners who have experienced sexual violence the tools to speak out and find help.
